A sewer extension project on N 67th Street will soon be taking place. This significant extension will commence at the property line between the addresses 11430 and 11440 then proceed north. As the project continues it will round the corner onto E Jenan Drive and ultimately conclude at the eastern property line of the residence located at 6708. It's important to note that the sewer line will be positioned on the eastern side of N 67th Street and the northern side of E Jenan Drive.

67th Street access from Cholla will be closed with LOCAL TRAFFIC allowed only.

Jenan Drive access from 68th Street will be closed with LOCAL TRAFFIC allowed only.

All properties will be affected by the road closure.

FIVE (5) properties will be impacted by roadwork. Please see the map. Sewer line will be installed in the street impeding entry and exit of 4 driveways.

Mail - We have received conflicting information from USPS. It boils down to the prerogative of the mail carrier driver. If your mail is not delivered it will be held at your local assigned USPS facility. The same is true for Amazon, UPS, FEDEX and other carriers.

Trash - City of Scottsdale Trash Collection has requested ALL properties on the west side of 67th Street bring their trash cans to the east side on collection days. ALL properties on the north side of Jenan are asked to bring their trash cans to the south side. The garbage truck will enter from Cholla and head north and exit out on Jenan. All cans to be collected on the EAST and SOUTH.
